Time for some fresh air! Our seasonal outdoor programme turns Switzerland’s cities, parks and forests into a gym. We use existing infrastructure such as steps and benches, incorporating them into the workout. Train using your own body weight in the outdoor programme, which means you can adapt the workout to your own specific needs. Important note: outdoor classes are a seasonal offering; they’ll appear on the class timetable as soon as they’re available for booking.
